2. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our website, select your favorite items, choose your size and quantity, then click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, go to your cart and click “Checkout” to complete your purchase.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment options including:

  1. Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  2. UPI
  3. Net Banking
  4. Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)

4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, they are usually processed for shipping. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account and checking the “My Orders” section.

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery typically takes:

Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

Other Areas: 5–10 business days

Note: Delays may occur during holidays or peak seasons.

7. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below that will have a small delivery charge, shown at checkout.

8. What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items with original tags.5–7 business days after the return is received.

9. Can I exchange a product?

Yes, exchanges are available for size or color issues. Just make sure the item is unworn, in original condition, and request the exchange within 4 days of delivery.

10. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We’re really sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it quickly by replacing or refunding the item.

11. Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on select products and locations. You will see the COD option at checkout if it’s available for your pin code.
